Operation:
No tools or computer disks needed to set-up any type of pans, its very simple. All that is needed is, a simple adjustment of a hand wheel to position the pan sensor and pause the pan pocket at the desired location.
Simplicity:
It will work with any pans with indented pockets, and most bent or warped pans. The pan pockets bottoms should be lower than pan straps to sensed and engaged properly by magnets.
Speeds:
You will have TRUE INDEXING speeds, up to 150 cycle cuts / min.
Controls:
A programming controller is used, the operator does not need to input any codes for product change over, all that is needed is, to move the hand wheel back or forward to adjust the pan sensor position at the desired location.
Drive:
Driven by a variable speed AC inverter, with two operators POT control.
Installation:
Easy installation by your in house engineers.
