Our Lunar Rounder Bars will outperform existing feather-like grooved systems. The Lunar Rounder Bars are created with holes which create a better compact rounded dough ball, due to the high friction created by the roughness of the texture of the large holes in our design.
- Will surpass the performance of existing industry feather-like bun rounder bars, processing very soft dough, as well as hard dough
- Outperform processing systems requiring slow or high speed, over 120 cuts per minute
- Create less heat at the rounder belt, due to the faster spinning of the dough balls as they are rounded
- Do not require the need for "air" or "oil" period!
